First, please make sure you are logged out of bangordailynews.com in your browser, in all open tabs.
A Password Reset can be initiated from 2 places:
- The bangordailynews.com Home Page (click the login button next to the main menu to reveal the login form with the password reset button)
- The E-Edition Login Portal (Type E-edition.bangordailynews.com into your browser to be directed to the login page below)
Resetting your password from the E-Edition login portal
1.Navigate to https://e-edition.bangordailynews.com This will re-direct you to the login portal page. Click on the “Request Password Reset” button pictured below
2. You will be taken to the Reset page where you will enter the email address that you used to sign up to bangordailynews.com. Click the reset button to have a reset email sent to the address that was entered.
3. You will receive an email titled “Reset your Password” that will allow you to reset your password at the bangordailynews.com site. (You will be able to navigate back to the e-edition after you set a new password.) Click the Reset Password button shown below.
4. You will be able to reset your password in a window similar to the reset window below. If your reset was successful, you will see a confirmation window, also pictured below. You can now close the password reset window by clicking the ‘X’ in the top right corner of the confirmation box.
5.Return to the E-edition Login Page in one of three ways
- By typing: e-edition.bangordailynews.com in your address bar to be directed to the login portal.
- By clicking on the ‘Take me to the news!’ link in the E-Edition daily newsletter
- By clicking the E-edition link from the home page side menu
Resetting your password from the bangordailynews.com home page
1. Navigate to https://bangordailynews.com and click on the Login button pictured below. If you are already logged in, log out, then click the sign in button to reveal the login form which contains the “Request Password Reset” button.
2. From the login form, click on the ‘Request Password Reset’ password button pictured below.
3. You will be taken to the Reset form where you will enter the email address that you used to sign up to bangordailynews.com. Click the reset button to have a reset email sent to the address that was entered.
4. You will receive an email titled “Reset your Password” that will allow you to reset your password at the bangordailynews.com site. (You will be able to navigate back to the e-edition after you set a new password.) Click the Reset Password button shown below.
5. You will be able to reset your password in a window similar to the reset window below. If your reset was successful, you will see a confirmation window, also pictured below. You can now close the password reset window by clicking the ‘X’ in the top right corner of the confirmation box.
6.Return to the E-edition Login Page in one of three ways
- By typing: e-edition.bangordailynews.com in your address bar to be directed to the login portal.
- By clicking on the ‘Take me to the news!’ link in the E-Edition daily newsletter
- By clicking the E-edition link from the home page side menu
